Teachers identify children that require personalised, additional support, working alongside the Special Needs and Disability Coordinator (SENDCO). Teachers provide opportunities within the curriculum that are differentiated and targeted towards the areas of need for each individual child. Interventions are provided in order to ensure that children make progress. Teachers constantly monitor and review the curriculum, adapting lessons so that the whole curriculum is accessible to all. Our aim is that each child reaches their full potential.
Please refer to the Governors SEND Information Report and the Local Offer for more information.
Arrangements for handling complaints from parents of children with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities, about the school's support are within the scope of the school's complaints procedure. Please refer to the schools' Complaints Policy.
